Wolves will travel to the Etihad Stadium without manager Gary O’Neil, due to the Englishman receiving a one-match ban following his comments to the officials after the West Ham defeat.
Tommy Doyle, who came in on loan from Manchester City, has moved to Wolves on a permanent basis with the West Midlands club paying the 4.3 million fee.
However, the deal does not officially go through until 1 July 2024, meaning Doyle is still ineligible for the fixture this weekend.
Wolves will also be without; Pedro Neto, Craig Dawson and Leon Chiwome.
Jean-Ricner Bellegarde and Rayan Ait-Nouri are a doubt for this game due to receiving knocks.
Pep Guardiola’s team will be without goalkeeper Ederson due to a shoulder injury.
Phil Foden and Ruben Dias missed the recent game due to illness, but are expected to return to the squad.
One to watch in this game for the hosts will be Kevin De Bruyne. For the visitors, one to watch will be Matheus Cunha.
