    Fancast Flutter

Fancast pundit Luke Thompson gives his tips for betting on Wolves vs Hull and who to back on accumulator this weekend.

Hands up then, who started the season with a decent winner? Have to say I’m very unhappy with the ref for the Blackburn game who decided to book Ojo instead of awarding a penalty which would of landed the Afobe FGS wolves to win 3-1 double at 80/1. But we go again and with fresh fixtures brings fresh optimism that we can win some money off the bookies. So last weeks tips in my blog were a bit poor but I’m holding onto the fact that I did tip Afobe first goalscorer at 5/1 so it wasn’t all doom and gloom.

So onto this week and Wolves take on Hull City in their first Home league game of the season, Hull got off to a winning start last week and I fancy them to make the playoffs this season so am not expecting an easy ride for the boys. The match is priced up at Wolves 8/5 The Draw 12/5 and Hull 19/10 which is a clear indicator that this could go either way and is a tough one to call, the teams have met 58 times previously with Wolves winning 21, Hull 25 and 10 draws between the teams (courtesy of soccerbase.com).

At Molineux Wolves have the advantage winning 14 drawing 8 and losing on 7 occasions. I cant split the teams personally so I will be backing the draw. The games at the Molineux tend to be low scoring affairs so 1-1 looks like the pick at 5/1. In terms of FGS I could probably tip Afobe every week and come up trumps but that would be boring so im going to go for his strike partner Nouha Dicko for FGS at 13/2. If you like the look of both of those you can combine the two for a 40/1 shout of Dicko FGS 1-1 Draw.

This weeks Acca I like the look of Spurs 4/5 to beat stoke, Middlesbrough to beat Bolton, Barnsley to see off Burton and regular coupon buster Peterborough to beat Colchester. The 4 fold pays a generous 12/1 and on paper looks like it will come in.

For the longshot the one that I’m determined to land at least once this season, I’ll be going for:

    SWANSEA V Newcastle

    BRADFORD v Shrewsbury

    OLDHAM v Fleetwood

    SCUNTHORPE v Crew

    Dagenham v LEYTON ORIENT

    CRAWLEY v Wimbledon

    NORTHAMPTON v Exeter

The longshot this week pays a rather Handsome 176/1

In Midweek I had a nice little 100/1 winner on both teams to score so I think it’s only fair we give that a mention in the blog and we look at an Acca for the weekend. Now Betfred have an offer where they offer fixed odds on this so an 8 fold pays 100/1 a 9 fold 175/1 a 10 fold 300/1 but I believe these can change week to week so always best to check in store first.

So lets look for goals in the matches between:

    WATFORD V WEST BROM

    HUDDERSFIELD V BLACKBURN

    BLACKPOOL V ROCHDALE

    OLDHAM V FLEETWOOD

    LUTON V OXFORD

    PLYMOUTH V PORTSMOUTH

Which pays 34/1 at bet 365 whereas the Betfred bonus only pays 28/1 so its always worth shopping around for that extra value, I will add however if you are looking for a both team to score acca of 8 teams or more then Betfred may be the best shout as the odds do increase quite a bit.AMA313190

So that’s it for this week good luck to you all hopefully you pick some winners. As always please bet responsibly, don’t bet what you cant afford to lose and please don’t hold me responsible if you do back my tips and they lose. But please feel free to share any winnings . All odds provided by Bet365
